Begin with a private consultation.
A considered conversation about where the work is holding, where it is straining, and what the right first move is. No pitch deck, no pressure.
What we will cover
- Where your hours are going and what they are costing you
- Which commission fits: literary, operational, or both
- Whether the revenue system belongs in your first phase
- Whether a sprint or a standing advisory retainer suits the situation
- A clear recommendation and next step, whether or not we work together

Questions
Before you book.
What is the difference between a consulting sprint and an advisory retainer?+
A consulting sprint resolves an immediate pain point on a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a fixed date. An advisory retainer is long term guidance: Kendra stays embedded month to month, steering decisions as they arrive and keeping the structure sound between builds.
Can a one time commission become ongoing counsel?+
Yes, and most do. An operational build is delivered as a project first, then moves onto a monthly advisory retainer so someone senior keeps watch over the system, trains your people and adjusts it as the business changes.
Is the AI work included in the monthly fee?+
No. The AI Studio and Systems Lab is scoped and priced per commission, because production work such as commercials, web series, avatars, headshots and autonomous agents carries its own cost and calendar. You see exactly what comes with it in writing before anything begins.
Do you work with small press publishers and independent authors?+
Yes. That covers promotional systems, title positioning, launch calendars, asset pipelines, budget planning and the tracking that tells you plainly what is working and what is not.
Do you support executive assistants and chiefs of staff?+
Yes. There is dedicated mentorship, desk appraisals and training for assistants, junior chiefs of staff and operations leads supporting executives or creatives, whether the house is creative or commercial.
How much of my time does an engagement require?+
A sprint asks for one working session a week plus access to what already exists. An advisory retainer settles into a standing monthly conversation with correspondence in between. Nothing is built that requires you to supervise it.
How do we begin?+
Complete The Diagnostic, then send your correspondence. The diagnostic gives us both an honest reading of where the business holds and where it strains, so the first conversation starts well past the introductions.
