Photosensitivity and Seizure Notice
A notice for visitors sensitive to motion, flashing or moving images on this website.
Please read before browsing
Parts of this website use moving images, including an animated video portrait, scrolling news tickers and video content. A small number of people may experience seizures, dizziness or discomfort when exposed to certain moving or flashing images, even with no history of epilepsy.
If you notice symptoms
Stop viewing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking movements, disorientation, confusion or loss of awareness.
Reducing motion
This site honors the reduce motion setting on your device. Turning it on pauses the scrolling tickers. You can also minimize the animated portrait using its minimize button, and pause a ticker by hovering over it.
Turning on reduce motion
On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, then Accessibility, then Motion. On Mac, open System Settings, then Accessibility, then Display. On Windows, open Settings, then Accessibility, then Visual effects. On Android, open Settings, then Accessibility, and turn on Remove animations.
