When you send an inquiry, use the concierge, join a notify me list or request portfolio access, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, business details and message. Our analytics tools record general visit information such as pages viewed and buttons used.
The AI concierge
Conversations with the voice and text concierge are processed by our concierge provider so it can respond. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical or financial information in the concierge.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule calls, prepare proposals and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Inquiries are stored securely and may be sent to our client management system so we can follow up. Booking is handled by our scheduling provider. These providers handle your information only to deliver their service to us.
Keeping it safe
Inquiry records are stored with access limited to the business owner. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
